CAMMATE SYSTEMS HD FIBER OPTIC HEAD PROVIDES UNLIMITED 360 DEGREE ROTATION UNDER ARENA SCOREBOARDS

11/28/2011The Carolina Hurricanes and Pittsburgh Penguins are using a CamMate Systems HD Fiber Optic Head underneath their scoreboard to cover NHL action. Both locations have incorporated our Fiber Optic Slip Ring to send an HDSDI signal from the camera back to the control room. We designed the custom wiring in the Remote Head that provides full camera controls through the CamMate Systems electronics.

CamMate is looking for the best crane shot that demonstrates your expert skills, precise movements, and creative artistry that makes you the best in your industry.

Details: This contest is open to all CamMate owner/operators starting January 1, 2012. Submit footage that best demonstrates your skill at operating a CamMate crane. You must have permission to use the footage or own the rights to the footage prior to submission. Entries must be received by January 25, 2012. HD content is preferred however not a requirement. Voting: On February 1, 2012, all the entries will be uploaded to our website and available for viewing. Please include your name, city, state, and country when casting your vote. Voting ends February 20, 2012. One vote per person.

Winners: The top three winners will receive an engraved CamMate Spirit of Motion Award Trophy. The first place winner will also receive a CamMate Systems $500.00 USD voucher that can be used towards the purchase of a CamMate Systems product. (no other discounts can be combined with voucher purchase) The top three videos will be showcased on our website along with a link to the winner's website.

License to CamMate Systems: As between you and CamMate Systems, you own the video content ("videos") that you submit to the CamMate Spirit of Motion Contest. By submitting a video, you grant CamMate Systems royalty-free license and right to copy, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display (through all media now known or hereafter created), and make derivative works from your video for the purpose of (i) displaying the video within the CamMate Systems website and promotional use (ii) displaying the video on third party websites and applications through a video embed.

Duration of License: The above licenses will continue unless and until a written request for the removal of your video(s) from the CamMate Systems database is received, in which case the licenses will terminate within a commercially reasonable period of time. Please note that the removed videos may be cached in search engines after removal and that CamMate Systems has no control over such caching. CamMate 100

The CamMate 100 includes a 100mm diameter bowl mount and is designed to accommodate a wide range of professional cameras; it is durable, rugged, and made in-house. This manual jib arm comes standard with the same high grade aluminum and configured the same as the Travel Series.

Super Servos

These Super Servos can be purchased to use with your existing Canon/Fujinon gears and have a much higher torque ratio for driving heavier lenses that require more force to rotate. Also available with 15mm or 19mm brackets. These servos can be used with Prime lenses using the .8 pitch gear.

Pan and Tilt Motor Gears

Optional gear sizes are available for the pan and tilt motors. A 42 tooth gear is the standard size for both pan and tilt motors. 48 and 26 tooth options are available. The 26 tooth gear is great for slow table top moves.

Wide Adjustable Camera Plate

The Wide Adjustable Camera Plate provides left to right adjustments of camera on plate with a 8 inch wide plate area. (picture shown with longer rods)

Table Top Controller

Turn your CamMate Head into a fixed mounted Remote Head. Using the new Table Top Conroller and cable extentions (provided by CamMate Systems) you can mount your Remote Head overhead on a piece of truss, on a tripod, or even under a scoreboard. You will have the flexibility to mount and operate your CamMate Systems Head in a variety of configurations.
